Emotional Safety & Self-Defense Workshop
Hosted by Aditi and Amisha from Girl Scouts Troop 72820
For kids aged 7-11 - a fun learning session of emotional safety and self-defense!
The workshop includes:
- Social-emotional skills
- Emotional safety techniques
- Building self-esteem
- Bullying prevention
- Personal safety awareness
