Try-Art-Athon fitness challenge with our program partners.

SCHEDULE

• The event kicks off at 11:00 with a one mile walk and art-themed scavenger hunt. (The walk is available throughout the event.)
• Starting about 11:30 there will be mini-sessions of dance for fitness (a high impact zumba-esque workout) led by Shivani Badgi, a new board member who grew up in West Windsor and now lives and has a dance studio in town.
• There will also be 20 minute sessions of low impact exercise (on and near a chair) led by Nicole Demeter, group fitness manager at RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center in Hamilton.
• Mikel Cikus, current board president, will be leading lively demonstrations of graffiti art to spur imagination and participation (although hopefully with restraint to spare local buildings and trains).
• Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy the music, other art activities and your prowess with hula hoops. Water and popcorn will be sold.
